Scott and Leann Moats are the proud owners of 83 West Properties, where they combine their passion for hospitality and attention to detail to create exceptional guest experiences. Based in Tennessee, they are huge University of Tennessee sports fans and rarely miss a chance to cheer on the Vols.

When they’re not managing properties, you’ll likely find them traveling to new destinations, cruising to beautiful ports, dining at top-notch restaurants, or planning their next adventure. They love staying active, trying fun experiences, and most of all, spending quality time with friends and the people who matter most.
