House Rules
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm–8:00 am every day. Please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways at all times.
- Be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the condo or hallway. A $250 fumigation fee will be charged if smoking occurs
- Do not open windows to smoke or throw anything out of them.
- Do not eat in the bed.
- Do not place luggage on the bed. Please use the luggage rack located in the bedroom.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 pm
- Check-out time: 11:00 am
- Please read this house manual in its entirety.
Door & Access
- Access will be provided to the guest who made the reservation. Do not share access codes with anyone outside your party
- Always pull the door shut and ensure it is locked when leaving the unit.
- To lock the door when leaving: Press the YALE button, or touch the screen, or re-enter your code and press the ✔ button.
- Wait for the lock to engage and verify the door is locked. Check that the door has locked!
TV & Streaming
- Use the TV remote to turn on the TV and access streaming services.
- You are welcome to log into your own streaming accounts.
- Please remember to sign out of your personal accounts before checkout
Trash & Recycling

Amenities
- Help yourself to coffee and tea.
- Bowls, plates, and coffee cups are in the kitchen cabinets
- An iron and ironing board are in the bedroom closet, along with extra blankets, sheets, and pillows
- The couch converts to a queen bed; extra pillows are in the closet.
- A hair dryer and first aid kit are located in the bathroom closet.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, pots, pans,
blender, knives, cutting boards, and utensils - There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent available.
- Do not overload the machines.
- Do not use excessive detergent.
Notes & Additional Rules
- No parties of any kind. Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially at night and
early in the morning - Always be respectful of neighbours
- Rinse dishes before loading them into the dishwasher
- No pets are allowed in this unit. If pets are found, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund, including your deposit.

- Lock the doors every time you leave the unit.
- Black makeup-removal towels are provided. Please use them instead of regular washcloths for removing makeup.
- Cleaning supplies are available in the unit. As a rule of thumb: if you make a mess, please clean it up.
- Make sure windows and blinds are closed when you leave.
- Do not let people you do not know into the building or share access codes with anyone. Codes are changed after each stay for your safety
- No overnight guests outside of the registered party are permitted to stay in the unit
