This apartment is in a great location-walkable to most anything-Market Square, Old City, UT. It’s in a high rise building, and while it is a bit dark, it seemed very safe and everything was like new. It was also quiet at night. Great instructions. I was able to park easily using the Park Mobile app. Knox is always a good time.

We had a great weekend! It's an ideal location, walkable to restaurants, breweries, shopping. We enjoyed exploring downtown, Market Square and the Old City areas, all walkable. The loft was perfect for 2 of us and had everything we needed. Clean and well supplied! I always appreciate good towels! Scott also provided great local recommendations and info on parking. Would definitely stay again!

We were so happy with our stay and the location was perfect. You step outside the building into many restaurants/coffee shops/stores. There was cheap parking very close by and in the Jackson ave lot, it’s free on the weekends! The studio was beautiful and very unique. Scott thought of everything from the bathroom to the kitchen and the pillows/ blankets for the pull out couch. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great studio for the money! It’s in a very walkable area so close to all of the Old City attractions. Super quiet, very clean. They didn’t miss a beat stocking the kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of room in the living area to be separate from the bedroom area. Highly recommend this studio! We will rebook for certain!

I’ve now stayed at 2 of Scott’s properties, this being the second time at this location. It’s my favorite I think! Both are exactly as described. I love the layout of this apartment. It’s pretty spacious and is well appointed with all the essentials. Scott’s a great host and is quick to respond when I’ve messaged him with questions. The location is awesome, as it’s right next to the hotspot of Knoxville in the Old City. The price point is unbeatable too! If you’re thinking about it, just book it! I can’t wait til my next visit

Stayed here while attending Fanboy Expo at the Convention Center, after which we were driving towards Chattanooga area. This was a great spot within walking distance of the Convention Center and Market Square. Very clean place with lots of amenities, provided. Love the decor. Bed was comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

The location was fantastic. You could walk to several things and other attractions were a short drive. It’s a spacious one bedroom and feels like a real apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome spot right down town. We were able to walk to restaurants and breweries and ride our bikes to the Urban Wilderness trails. The place was great and we had a beautiful view of the bridge from our back deck.

Scott was a great host and the unit was exactly as described and pictured. He gave lots of parking options even though there is a dedicated spot for the rental. Located close to campus, Market Square and overall a great location. We walked to campus, walked the next day to the UT game and walked to Market Square 3x on a short trip. All are 12-20 minutes depending on where you're going and your comfortability with the hills of Knoxville.

Scott’s place was a great stay; clean and very comfortable, well-appropriated, with an excellent walkable location to great restaurants. The view from the patio is memorable and the beautiful bridge and river left us awestruck. The condo is very spacious, and the layout and decor is fun. Kitchen was well stocked and was not basic. Very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable. We will be back. Thanks for being such a great host, Scott.

Everything was just as pictured. Quite roomy for two people. The location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. There is a coffee shop right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good location for us and convenient to the World Fair Exhibition Hall where we were playing in a tournament. Nice set up and good for our weekend in Knoxville.
